Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. Invoices are available on request for insurance claims.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed without contact will be charged at the full rate.
Insurance & Reduced Fees
As a BACP accredited counsellor, some private health insurers cover my sessions. Please check with your provider. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee places — ask for details.
